White Nurse Arrested for Acting ‘Black’!

-By Gary Krasner

As you’ll see shortly, that is MY headline. And this is the seminal issue of our time. First, watch this video.

It is the story about the nurse in Utah who was arrested after refusing to give police officers a vial of a suspect’s blood because they didn’t present her with a warrant.

It was all over the MSM and internet. Everyone thinks the nurse was right to refuse the detective’s order. I say she was wrong.

Let’s be clear first what happened. You don’t see this on video, but the hospital patient was just previously evading police, and was unconscious.

The detective was ordered by his lieutenant to get a blood sample of the suspect. The nurse in charge would not do it and would not allow it.

When you refuse a lawful order from a cop, you can be arrested. When you refuse an unlawful order from a cop, you can also be arrested.

My advice is to follow any order, unless it will result in bodily injury or death. The nurse was obstructing what seemed like an unlawful order. And she was resisting arrest.

In all likelihood, she will not be charged for the obstruction and resisting arrest, because it seems the police order was unlawful.

Had the nurse followed orders, a judge would have thrown out the evidence as illegally obtained. So the nurse didn’t have to resist, and which could possibly have caused injury for someone, or herself. Ask yourself, WHY DID SHE DO IT?!

I’ve said that too many black motorists have adopted this underclass, anti authoritarianism attitude that you should resist front-line civil authority. It seems this white nurse had that attitude.

Too many black motorists think they can litigate the law, or negotiate with police, before they follow their initial orders by cops, like “show me your hands”, or “turn off your engine.”

White or black, you do what the cop asks, and you argue it in court later. Because most of the time, the order is lawful and justified. And by law, they have the discretion in the first place.

When the Fugitive said “I’m innocent”, Tommy Lee Jones replied, “I don’t care.” The meaning was clear to me: Jones was not authorized to judge guilt or innocence. just bring the parties to court.

I posted 2 hrs ago about a story which exemplifies how every issue and event gets racialized.

It’s bad that the media — even conservative media on the nurse’s story — have adopted the anti establishment attitudes and behavior of blacks, progressives, and underclass whites. Or else they’re afraid of the “racist” label being applied on them.

In the following story, you have an issue solely about culture and ideology, and absolutely nothing to do with race. But the op ed of these professors was so manifestly valid that the crazy left, mounted not counter arguments, but instead rallies chanting racism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc. The left has a brain tumor that makes them hear “dog whistles” that not even dogs can hear.

What was their supposed white supremacist argument all about?

They called for a revival of the bourgeois values that characterized mid-century American life, including child-rearing within marriage, hard work, self-discipline on and off the job, and respect for authority. The late 1960s took aim at the bourgeois ethic, they say, encouraging an ?antiauthoritarian, adolescent, wish-fulfillment ideal [of] sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll that was unworthy of, and unworkable for, a mature, prosperous adult society?

Scandal Erupts over the Promotion of ‘Bourgeois’ Behavior
By Heather Mac Donald

The author, led off saying, “Two law professors face racism, sexism, and homophobia charges for urging Americans to act responsibly.”

You need to read it to believe what happened next. But I’ll just grab one sentence from it, in the last paragraph, because it circles back to the nurse who felt justified in resisting a police order:

The fact that underclass behaviors are increasingly common among lower-class whites, and not at all limited to poor blacks and Hispanics, might have made it possible to address personal responsibility. That does not appear to be the case.

That about says it, right there.
