LIAR EXPOSED: Union Organizer Pretends to be Anti-Union Protester to Push Union Goals

Fake anti-union protester.

It turns out that the viral video depicting an uncaring, screaming “Google” employee that was attacking innocent union organizers in San Francisco ended up being a union organizer attempting to make a scene, gin up emotion in favor of unions and make Google employees look like elitist jerks who hate poor people. Yes, this guy turns out to be a liar.

Unions have been protesting the private bus line that Google set up to ferry its own employees from downtown San Francisco to its facilities in the city and the unions got a big boost from a viral video that seemed to show a jerk of a Google employee telling union members to move out of the city if they can’t afford to live there.

When the video first began to make the rounds on the Internet it was presented as a mean Google guy attacking poor, innocent (and female) union organizers making Google and its employees look bad.

Georgia’s Establishment Republicans Want to Waste Millions on This, Local Tea Partiers in Strong Opposition

Local Tea Partiers Oppose This Giant, Secret Waste of Tax Dollars.

The GOP establishment in Cobb County, Georgia wants to spend upwards to $600 million in local tax dollars to help the Atlanta Braves move north of downtown Atlanta. They say it will bring new development and increased economic activity to the area. Tea Partiers, however, say this is a waste of tax dollars and it isn’t the government’s job to join in capitalist projects.

The establishment GOP says their argument is simple. As detailed by the AP, Cobb County Commission Chairman Tim Lee and his supporters say that “almost $400 million in county bonds and immediate infrastructure improvements, with debt payments approaching $600 million over 30 years–will generate enough economic activity and, thus, tax revenue to justify the spending.”

Lee imagines that this huge outlay of tax money is a “home run” for his county. Local tea party leaders thoroughly disagree.

This is all “appalling hypocrisy” and “arrogance” on behalf of the county operatives, says Atlanta Tea Party Leader Debbie Dooley.

Obama Claims There Was No IRS Scandal, It Was All a Media-Made Lie

After it was uncovered that hundreds of conservative groups were targeted for harassment by Obama and his IRS thugs, the president acted as if he was going to “look into” the crimes. Now, in his softball interview with slobbering fan Chris Matthews, Obama is ready to pronounce his stance on the harassment. There is no scandal, he says, nothing wrong was done.

In fact, not only was there nothing going on at the IRS but the whole scandal was a fiction drummed up by the media! Yeah, HIS slavish media was lying about him. If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you.

Former Secret Service Agent Says Age of Obama is More Dangerous Than Ever

Dan Bongino is a former Secret Service Agent form Maryland who has a warning for the country: we are in more danger now than ever thanks to the failed Obama administration.

Bongino is running for Congress in Maryland’s 6th District (Dan Bongino’s campaign website) and appeared on Glenn Beck’s TV show on December 5 to talk about his race and the state of the country when he warned that the nation is going down the wrong path.

One of Mr. Bongino’s guiding principals is to base all his ideas for governing on whether or not those ideas are constitutional in the first place. That is the sort of novel thinking we need in Congress, don’t you think?

Former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino.

But Bongino is sour on the growing police state in which we live and is ready to pare back the powers of the department of Homeland Security, the CIA and the NSA–or at least apply constitutional limits to their powers.

In Obama Era, Number of Americans on Disability Exceeds Entire Population of Greece

Obama claimed that he wanted to “fundamentally transform America” as he got ready to take the White House in 2008. Five years later, we see what he means. We now have more Americans in the depths of poverty, more Americans on welfare, and more Americans taking food stamps than ever. And now we discover that more Americans are on disability payments than the entire population of many foreign countries!

CNSNews reports that a record of nearly 11 million Americans are taking disability payments now in the age of Obama, more than the entire population of Greece. Currently a record 10,982,920 Americans are on disability, the report says. The population of Greece, though, is only 10,772,967 citizens!

Greece became well known during the spring and summer of 2013 as the most fiscally devastated nation in Europe and it looks like Obama is trying to turn the United States into a Greece=like nation, too, but one that would be a far bigger economic disaster to the world.

Left Wing Magazine Caught Urging its Poorly Paid Employees to Get Food Stamps

Mother Jones is an extremely left-wing magazine. It is pro-socialism, pro-unions, and big on paying the minimum wage. Well, maybe big on other people paying the minimum wage because a recent expose found that Mother Jones pays its employees so poorly that executives urge them to sign up for food stamps so they can, you know, eat.

Mother Jones magazine is one of those placard-toting, protest-loving, true red concerns that love Occupy Wall Street whilst screaming “¡Viva la Revolución!” at the top of their red-tinged lungs. But paying their own interns a so-called living wage? Fuggedaboutit.

A recent piece by Vice columnist Charles Davis reported that MJ interns were told that they should go sign up for food stamps because the magazine doesn’t pay enough cash to live off of.

Here is how Davis put it:

Liberal Group Gets $1.1 Million Grant to Sell Obamacare ‘Success Stories’

Showing how scared liberals are that Obamacre is going to destroy them, a so-called “non-partisan” group has been the lucky recipient of a grant of over a million bucks to sell Obamacare to the American people.

First of all, let’s note that Obama has been selling Obamacare for five years. It is clear he has failed miserably if they are still pumping millions into projects to sell America on Obamacare!

But let’s also note that this group claiming to be non-partisan is simply lying about their ideological position. The group, calling itself Families USA, says on its website that it is a non-profit group dedicated to “the achievement of high-quality, affordable health care for all Americans.”

This is not a non-partisan goal. It is part and parcel to the left’s agenda, not “non-partisan.”

Anti-American Man Dressed as Santa Berates Shoppers as ‘Parasites’

Apparently Mark Dice gets his jollies berating Americans. That’s why he dressed as Santa and drove around California’s shopping malls calling shoppers “parasites on this country” and telling them they are “destroying the very fabric of society” on this year’s Thanksgiving shopping day.

With many large retailers opening on Thanksgiving Day, the traditional Black Friday shopping was extended earlier by a day. But opening on Thanksgiving upset many traditionalists. It is easy to understand their ire and to a degree I agree with their raised eyebrows.

It may be a step too far to be shopping on Thanksgiving instead of enjoying family, home and hearth on a day when we are supposed to be giving thanks to all that we have, granted, but let’s try for a bit of perspective, shall we?

What this Dice guy did was a step too far. In fact, in many ways it is he that is un-American in this case.

Christie appeared on New Jersey’s 101.5 FM for his November “Ask the Governor” segment. That’s when he slammed Obamacare and the President but good.

Christie was asked why he didn’t join in on the state side and create a state exchange for Obamacare in New Jersey.

“This is just an awful law that made no sense and that’s why I didn’t get into a state exchange. And no, I have absolutely no regrets. In fact, I’m really glad that the train wreck’s not mine, it’s his,” the Governor said of Obama’s signature healthcare law.

As The Rest of Us Suffer, Obama to Give Unions Free Pass on Obamacare Fees

Obama is piling the unfair and exorbitant costs of Obamacare onto the middle class again, this time giving a break to his union buddies and heaping the costs onto the rest of us.

Obama is floating the idea of allowing his union pals to get out of having to pay a “re-insurance fee” that is required by Obamacare and forcing the rest of us to make up the difference.

This temporary fee is supposed to kick in next year and was meant to raise $25 billion over a three-year period to help pay the costs of those poor folks with pre-existing conditions.

But the unions have said that they don’t care about those people and they want out of having to pay the fee. And since Obama is bought and paid for by his union overloards, he is looking at a convenient “rules change” to exempt the unions from having to pay the fee–meaning the rest of us will have to make up the difference.

Obama’s Census Bureau Faked Falling Unemployment Numbers

For the last several years Obama’s administration has been short of thousands of households each month in its survey used to tabulate unemployment numbers, so instead of alerting the country to the problems inside the Census Bureau, now we find that Obama just faked the data. So, all those months of “falling” unemployment is likely a lie.

Some may recall that former General Electric CEO Jack Welch was attacked mercilessly by the left in October of 2012 when he Tweeted that he thought that the unemployment numbers were way off. He was joined by Steve Forbes in his belief that the Census Bureau was getting it all wrong (see video below).

In an October 5, 2012 Tweet, Welch said “Unbelievable jobs numbers. These Chicago guys will do anything…can’t debate so change numbers.”

While Obama likes to pretend he is somehow “just like” President Abraham Lincoln, on this 150th anniversary of the delivery of Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address the President was no where to be found as the Address was celebrated in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Why not? He was “busy” with that “whole website thing,” the White House said.

Journalist Ron Fournier was curious why Obama was a no show in Gettysburg for the anniversary celebration and took to Twitter to ask the White House why he didn’t show up.

“Curious,” Fournier Tweeted White House spokesman Dan Pfeiffer on Nov. 19, “why not honor Gettysburg with a presidential visit?”

Presidential spokesman Pfeiffer replied that the visit didn’t fit into the President’s schedule and that prompted Fournier to ask what was more important than the “Gettysburg anniversary.”

Saturday Night Live is pretty late to the game of ridiculing President Obama, to be sure, but this anti-depressant drug spoof slamming Obama is pretty well done.

In the skit we see a depressed President Obama in black and white moping around the White House beset by second term blues.

Hilariously, early in the ad the voice over says, “It feels like even your friends have turned against you.” That is followed by video of Bill Clinton (the real one, not an SNL actor) slamming Obama for lying about Americans being able to keep their health insurance and doctors if they like them.

The ad introduced “Paxil,” a drug that will help Obama forget all about Benghazi, the IRS scandal, NSA spying on Americans, the AP scandal, Obamacare, and more (like he needs help forgetting those, he perpetually forgets about his scandals).

Senator Kirstin Gillibrand (D, NY) has finally admitted that they all knew that Obama was lying right to everyone’s face when he claimed that we could keep our insurance if we liked it.

Senator Gillibrand appeared on ABC’s This Week and made the admission in a discussion about the monumental failure that is Obamacare. She was asked by Hostess Martha Radditz if Obama lied.

In reply, Sen. Gillibrand noted that “we all knew” he was lying because his Obamacare policy was intended to destroy all old insurance policies and replace them with his government mandated plans.

ABC’s Raddatz asked, “Do you feel misled by Obama?”

Gillibrand then said, “He should have been more specific.”

But Radditz pressed asking, “So were you misled?”

“No, we all knew,” Gillibrand replied. “The whole point of the plan is to cover things people need.”

Rep. Pelosi Lies, Claims Obamacare had 5 Times More Enrollees Than it Actually Does

In case you forgot about her (and who wouldn’t want to forget about her) Democrat Representative Nancy Pelosi is still out there lying with the best–or worst–of them. This time Pelosi is claiming that 500,000 Americans signed up for Obamacare when even Obama’s own numbers state that only 100,000 did so.

Pelosi was once the Speaker of the House of Representatives, now, thankfully, she is a minority leader with little power or influence. But she is still spinning left-wing lies and this one is a whopper.

Pelosi–or as some wags call her “Pelousey”–took to Twitter to trumpet the many hundreds of thousands of new enrollees in Obamacare.

But, even the Department of Health and Human services from Obama’s own administration is saying that only 100,000 were able to sign up and get new insurance.

Even Lefty Howard Dean Thinks Obama Has No Authority to Fix Obamacare

Today Barack Obama claimed that he was going to “fix” Obamacare by making insurance companies continue to offer those polices belonging to millions of Americans that have been cancelled because of Obamacare. But does he have the legal ability to do this?

On Thursday morning Obama held a press conference again apologizing for the mess that has been the Obamacare rollout and for his four-year-long lie that we could keep our insurance “if we like it.”

So, Obama made the proclamation that instead of losing our insurance, we can keep it for another year. How generous of him, eh?

This is something one-time candidate for the Democrat nomination for President, Howard Dean, thinks that Obama probably cannot do.

“I wonder if he has the legal authority to do this, since this was a congressional bill that set this up,” Dean said on MSNBC after the President’s address.

Already authorities from Washington State have said that they cannot allow the President to reverse his destruction of millions of insurance policies and simply reinstate them just on his say so.

Reports are coming out saying that Congressional Democrats have about had it with the President’s massive failures and have given him 72 hours to fix Obamacare… or else.

Democrats are saying that they will join the Republicans in their effort to pass a new “you can keep your insurance” law if Obama doesn’t act quickly.

The metrics are looking horrible for Obama and his destructive Obamacare law, certainly. But there are a few things we need to point out, here.

First of all, Obama really can’t just start changing the law by his mere say so. That would be quite unconstitutional… not that Obama has ever cared much about the Constitution, mind you.

But there is another thing that is really important, here.

Nickelodeon caused some stir over the last few months over a new episode of its popular cartoon Spongebob Squarepants where the titular sponge gets fired from his long-time fry cook job. Libs were unhappy at how negatively the show portrayed the welfare state. But when it aired, the episode aired on November 12 and it was a big ratings hit for the kid’s network.

The controversy arose over the fact that the popular kid’s character disparaged the welfare state during the episode causing left-wingers a bit of heartburn.

During the episode, Spongebob is fired from his job and is encouraged by his dimwitted pal Patrick to stay unemployed and mooch off his neighbors. But Spongebob is not at all happy to stay a drag on society and wants a new job so he spends much of the episode trying to find one.

Ultimately, the Bobster is given his old job back because his boss realizes that his work is exemplar and he needs Bob back at the grill to keep his customers happy. but during the show Spongie complains about his friend’s bad behavior and seeks to stay gainfully employed, something that the liberals were very unhappy with.

Wait, Now White House Admitting We CAN’T Keep Our Insurance?

For years we’ve heard President Obama saying that with his Obamacare plan we could “keep our insurance” and we could “keep our doctor” if we like them. This, of course turned out to be a blatant lie and over the last few days one Democrat after another paraded in front of TV cameras to insist that Obama didn’t lie. But now, all of a sudden, the White House is agreeing that we won’t be able to keep our insurance.

As seen in the video above, on Wednesday, October 30, White House spokesman Jay Carney actually admitted it: we can’t keep our insurance.

Of course, Carney floated a new lie to distract from the fact that Obama has been lying to us for years. He said that all the new insurance plans are “better.”

But here is the thing… if poor and lower middle class people couldn’t afford insurance before, they sure as heck can’t afford it now that it is more expensive. Worse, the new insurance plans have thousands of dollars in deductibles and this makes the “new” insurance worse than useless. After all, if they can’t afford the yearly premiums, how can they also afford higher premiums on top of thousands a year in payments they’ll have to make to doctors before their insurance will even kick in?

This is devastating. New York Magazine compiled a video showing the many times that President Obama lied directly to the American people and said that with his Obamacare scheme we all could keep our insurance policies and doctors if we like them. This, of course, was a bald-faced lie and this video shows that Obama uttered this lie dozens of times over the last few years.

As the left-wing magazine notes, “Obama did knowingly make an overly simplistic guarantee to the American people that Obamacare wouldn’t affect their current plans. And as this video compilation shows, he made this guarantee over and over again.”

Earlier I reported on how Fox News’ Megyn Kelly slammed Democrat strategist Mark Hannah for trying to pretend that Obama didn’t really lie. But the truth is he lied. Period.

But, you know things are getting bad for emperor Obama when even his kept media is pointing out his lies and New York Magazine isn’t the only one. Even NSNBC took after the President for his obvious lies.

Note From a Young Doctor: Dear Obama, Obamacare is Making Me Quit Medicine

For those who haven’t thought about this, Obamacare will damage our national healthcare system in yet another way: doctor shortages. Now, with an open letter to the nation, one promising, young doctor who graduated at the top of his class is showing us exactly why Obamacare will destroy medicine.

If doctors become employees of the state–as will necessarily happen with Obama’s take over of our national healthcare system–this will mean that doctors are no longer their own person. They will be fully controlled by an all powerful state. This will not only mean that the field of medicine will no longer be a lucrative field for ambitious people to enter, but it will mean that doctors will earn less and less money. This also means that fewer people will want to bother training for 7 to 10 years or more to even BE a doctor and we’ll have massive shortages of doctors across the country.

Further, we’ll have fewer doctors most especially in rural areas outside the richer parts of big cities, too. So, Obamacare will adversely harm the healthcare services to poor, rural communities.

In a recent interview, Representative Tom Cole (R, OK) tried to take the “reasonable” stance by claiming that President Obama deserves credit for “reform,” but wouldn’t go so far as to say the tea party was like McCarthyism. He also said he’s open to tax hikes.

In an interview with Bloomberg’s Al Hunt aired on October 26, Cole said that he thinks “both sides would like to deal with the sequester” and by “deal with” he means he’s open to raising taxes, though he uses the euphemism “raising revenue.”

Cole told Hunt that “we,” meaning the GOP, are “willing to put more revenue on the table” to settle the budget negotiations by the December 13 deadline.

The Congressman claims that the GOP is looking to raise taxes in a “pro-growth” way. Cole also says that he’d like to see a tax hike connected to “larger tax reform.”

When he was questioned on those Republicans that no matter what comes will vote no on new “revenue,” Cole ceded the point that many would.

In the run up to the 2012 election an out-of-state, conservative, anti-tax group put upwards to $11 million into the effort to fight tax hikes in California. Immediately left-leaning groups cried foul and state authorities filed all sorts of charges against the political spending trying to force the group to disclose donors. Now that case has been settled and on terms favorable to the conservative group.

The One million dollar fine settlement was agreed upon between authorities and Arizona-based non-profits, Americans for Responsible Leadership and the Center to Protect Patient Rights (CPPR). The group Americans for Job Security were also a part of the coalition.

CPPR entered the California elections to fight Governor Jerry Brown’s tax hike scheme as well as to advocate for a ballot measure to fight overarching union power. Once in the ring, though, the $11 million being spent was attacked.

At issue is a California law that forces donor disclosure of groups spending on state-centered issue advocacy. Federal law does not require Political action groups to disclose donors.

It only took him five minutes, but economist Thomas Sowell, an African American, practically destroyed the left’s constant use of racism (today we call it the race card) as well as its reliance on the false theories of feminism.

Thomas Sowell is a free-market economist, social theorist, philosopher and author. In 1981, Sowell appeared on an episode of the TV show Firing Line, featuring renowned conservative William F. Buckley.

Dr. Sowell was questioned by Harriet Pilpel, a lawyer and feminist activist who asked him how he would bring about more equality in society for women and minorities. Citing the gender wage gap that was all the rage of leftists at that time, Pilpel asked Sowell how he might explain such pay discrepancies, and what the underlying causes might be. As you can see on the video above, in just under five minutes Professor Sowell totally deconstructed the equality myths that are still perpetuated in the media, academia and the halls of government to this very day.

Sowell just destroyed this woman’s whole world, didn’t he? Tell us in the comments section what you thought of this great video.

President Obama is again saying “you didn’t build that,” America.

You’ll recall just before last year’s election when President Obama got in hot water for telling America that we hadn’t built anything, but that everything we have was essentially a gift from him and his government. It is they who are really responsible for everything. “You didn’t build that,” America.

Well now that he’s safely elected he fell back into his actual, big government, nanny state thinking by telling folks at the Ford factory that “you didn’t build that.”

Charlie Spiering caught Obama back at his old game on Sept. 23.

Obama visited the Ford factory in Liberty, Mo., on Sept. 20 to push his failed economic policies, the message was that only Big Government is the answer.

Union membership is down but Big Labor bosses’ profits are up. More than 400 labor chiefs pocketed at least $250,000 each last year, even as their collective ranks fell by 400,000 members. They say they are fighting for the working class. Not quite. We did the math…

The Business of Guns: Just How Much $$ Does the Gun Industry Infuse into the Economy?

September 13, 2013 | Filed Under 2nd Amendment, Business, Capitalism, Constitution, Guns, Jobs, Taxes, Warner Todd Huston | Comments Off

Gun manufacturing and sales is big business in the United States–as it turns out, one of the biggest.

In terms of gun ownership, the U.S. is the runaway global leader. There are nearly nine firearms for every 10 American citizens; this proportion is 40% higher than that of Yemen, which ranks second in the world for gun ownership.

Every year, nearly 9 million firearms enter the U.S. market. 5.5 million guns are manufactured domestically, and roughly 95% are eventually sold to Americans. An additional 3.2 million firearms are imported into the U.S. and sold through licensed firearms dealers. Currently there are more than 130,000 of these licensed dealers in the country; to put that number in perspective, the U.S. is also home to 144,000 gas stations, 36,500 grocery stores, and 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants.

Want more comparisons? The firearms industry generates roughly $32 billion in revenue every year — $10 billion more than the Ford Motor Company — and employs 98,000 people, five times more than Google Inc. Furthermore, the gun industry is continuing to grow at an astonishing rate. Connecticut-based Sturm, Ruger & Co., the country’s fourth largest firearm manufacturer, recorded a $180 million increase in revenue since 2004
