It’s Time So Much of This ‘Free Speech’ is Shut Down for Inciting Violence

-By Warner Todd Huston

The First Amendment of the United States is one of the keystone principles in our founding, certainly. And it is about time that as a nation we put an end to its abuse. Not only does this key amendment give us free speech but it also assures freedom of the press, so it’s time for government to step in and stop people from abusing it.

Over the last two days we’ve seen such abuses of the First Amendment that should infuriate every true American. We have seen, for instance, a group in Texas holding an event that was meant as a means to incite Muslims to kill people. The Federal government should have stepped in to prevent this event.

After all, what happened when they held an event soliciting graven images of the Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him? That’s right, good and true Muslims came out to kill the infidel, just as they are instructed to do by the Quran.

The simple fact is that these Muslims would not have taken up arms if not for this event.

The guardian of a free press and the First Amendment, Rukmini Callimachi of The New York Times, had it right when she Tweeted, “Free speech aside, why would anyone do something as provocative as hosting a ‘Muhammad drawing contest’?”

Callimachi is exactly right. Free speech must be put aside if it attacks the Prophet.

Please Support My Difficult Decision to Come Out as an African American

-By Warner Todd Huston

First of all let me say that this isn’t an easy decision and I hope that everyone will support me in my time of need. That being said, I want to admit that growing up I always felt different from everyone else around me. Things always seemed so colorless to me and I was always aware that I felt darker than other boys. Now, at long last, I must admit the truth. I must stop living a lie. I must come out and admit that I was born an African American.

Oh, sure, I “look” white. But so what? I have always felt black and now I wish to publicly embrace my inner African American.

Does this sound absurd to you? Is it wrong that a 50-some-year-old white man is suddenly claiming that he’s always “felt black”?

Why should it? Why should I not decide to be black? After all, liberals say that we can merely decide to be anything we want to be these days. A man can be a woman, a woman can be a man, a man can dress like a woman but still be a man, a religious person can jettison that and be an atheist, people can alter their faces and bodies with implants of any type ala transhumanism… anything is possible.

Hypocrite Liberals Silent on Muslims Murder of Gays While Christian Cakes Raise Their Fury

-By Warner Todd Huston

Here is a fact: liberals and militant gays hate Christians more than they hate actual, real oppression of gays. This isn’t hyperbole, it is a foregone conclusion in light of the jihad that gays have launched for Christian bakeries while at the same time utterly ignoring the near daily murdering of gays in the Muslim world.

Take the newest outrage, for instance. In ISIS controlled territories Islamists are going undercover as gays in order to identify gays to be murdered later. The story from International Business Times

“ISIS is carrying out sting operations,” the news read, “in which jihadists pose as gay men. There have been instances, where families have even paid ransoms to prevent ISIS from stoning the arrested gay men, said Abu Mohammad of RBSS.”

This isn’t the first news of gays being slaughtered in Muslim countries, of course. ISIS has also been apprehending what they claim are gay men and throwing them to their deaths from tall buildings.

Calling a 5-Yr-Old ‘Transgender’ Is Child Abuse

Calling a 5-Yr-Old ‘Transgender’ Is Child Abuse

-By Warner Todd Huston

A school in Maine got in hot water last week for feeding 5,6,and 7 year olds a “lesson” on being transgendered. But can a 5-year-old even be a “transgendered” kid? No. And to impress on them to think so is child abuse.

Officials at a grade school in Kittery, Maine instituted a lesson plan for its Kindergartners and its first through third graders meant to train them on the subject of transgendered kids and to push the idea that being transgendered is perfectly normal. Naturally, many parents were furious at the scheme.

Apple CEO Who Hates Indiana Christians Happily Does Business With Countries That Execute Gays, Stone Women

-By Warner Todd Huston

Apple CEO Tim Cook is making a particular point this week to attack Christians in Indiana calling them “dangerous,” but it seems he has no problem at all selling his products in Muslim-led countries that kill gays for being gay and stone women when they are raped. Nor does he have a problem making his product in China, the world’s leading violator of human rights.

Clearly Tim Cook is a huge hypocrite… like all liberals are.

If you tool over Cook’s Twitter feed, you’ll see several Tweets of him whining about Indiana’s Religious Restoration of Freedom Act–a law just like those in 30 other states, states that no leftist is seeking to boycott.

Here is a screenshot of Cook’s Tweets…

Those Against Indiana’s Religious Freedom Law are Either Ignorant or Liars

-By Warner Todd Huston

I have to be straight forward right at the outset on this faux controversy over the new Indiana Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Those losing their tiny minds about it are either wholly ignorant of what is in the law, or know full well what is in it and are lying about the law in order to push their anti-Christian, gay-supporting agenda. There can be no other choice, here.

Firstly, before we even get to the case in Indiana, to act as if this whole idea is “new” is specious. Religious Freedom Restoration Acts (RFRA) have been around since President Bill Clinton signed one in the 1990s.

The first such law was signed in 1993 by Bill Clinton and was passed unanimously by the House of Representatives where it was sponsored by no less than New York’s Chuck Schumer, now one of the farthest left Senators in Washington D.C.

Furthermore, 30 other states have RFRA laws just like Indiana’s or other laws that offer RFRA-like protections–including liberal states like Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Washington state, and Illinois.

Trans Community Slams Batgirl Comic as ‘Transphobic’

-By Warner Todd Huston

Last month the trans community attacked the DC Comics series Batgirl for supposedly ruining its year and a half-long effort to foster a “trans positive momentum.” The charge by the trans community was that the Batgirl character acted in a “transmisogynistic” manner by not identifying as a woman a male tans character who presented as a woman. Instead, Batgirl called the character a man despite that the character identifies as a woman.

For those unaware, for much of the last two years DC Comics has been retooling the Batgirl character as a gay friendly, trans friendly, and Muslim friendly comic book. Early in 2013, for instance, Batgirl’s alter ego Barbara Gordon moved in with a bisexual character named Alysia Yeoh.

Yeoh was presented as an Occupy Wall Street-styled female activist, bartender and fine artist. She was of Singaporean descent and sported an undisclosed secret that she later revealed. Ultimately this character told Gordon that she is really a he and bisexual as well.

Barbara Gordon also became friendly with a Muslim girl named Nadimah who along with her brother Qadir work in the robotics department of the school that Gordon attends.

DC has been selling this re-tolled Batgirl as a book that should appeal to “young female readers.” In other words, they want to inculcate support for gays, transvestites, and Muslims in young, female readers.

Black ‘Professor’ Who Attacked Teen Anti-Abortion Protester Blames ‘Slavery’

-by Warner Todd Huston

So-called professor Mireille Miller-Young of the University of California at Santa Barbara says she has a legitimate reason for physically attacking a 16-year-old anti-abortion protester in march of this year. She was pregnant, so anti-abortion protests are a “trigger” that makes the disease of pregnancy cause her to go wild. On top of that, “Slavery” made the black “Queer Studies” professor do it, you see?

In March this crazed “professor” attacked the teen and her 21-year-old sister when they took advantage of the school’s “free speech zone” where the pair set up a display to protest abortion.

The “professor” swooped in, physically assaulted the kids and stole their display running away with it to her office where she locked the display away.

Looking For Another Scalp: Human Rights Campaign Attacks NY Giants for Hiring David Tyree

The Human Rights Campaign is attacking the New York Giants for hiring former wide receiver David Tyree because of his past supposedly anti-gay comments.

Tyree, a former Giants player who retired from football in 2010, was hired to be the team’s director of player development but as soon as the announcement was made, pro-gay activists decried the hiring because of his comments in support of traditional marriage.

This CT High School’s Home Coming Queen is a Guy

-By Warner Todd Huston

It is the time of year for high schools everywhere to begin electing their prom kings and queens. But a high school in Danbury, Connecticut went a different way this year nominating an openly gay male student as both its king and its queen.

17-year-old Nasir Fleming says he grew up being bullied over his sexual orientation but being elected by his fellow students as the school’s prom queen is “sending a message” that bullying is not cool.

The young man says he was not expecting to win but when he did the school erupted in applause.

“I was flabbergasted,” he told the Danbury News Times. “The audience was surprised and extremely supportive. The audience was more excited than I was,” he said.

Firefox Company Panders to Gay Mafia Declares NO Freedom of Speech for Religious Americans

-By Warner Todd Huston

Yesterday I wrote a piece for Breitbbart.com about how the gay mafia destroyed the career of the new CEO of Mozilla, the company that makes the Firefox web browser. But in its acceptance of a Stalinist show trial and its elimination of the CEO, Mozilla announced that only gays should be allowed to have free speech.

I noted in my Breitbart piece that even gay rights supporter and well-known blogger Andrew Sullivan has said that this fascist attack on Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich “disgusts” him. This CEO has been destroyed by the company and its fascist gay activist string-pullers because: “tolerance.”

The whole controversy erupted when militant gays found out that new Mozilla’s CEO–who co-founded the company–donated $1,000 to California’s Prop 8 campaign back in 2008 (Prop 8 was a measure to protect traditional marriage). They found out because the state forced the donor lists to the campaign to be made public information.

Federal Judge Doesn’t Know Difference Between Constitution and Declaration of Independence

-By Warner Todd Huston

In an important decision striking down the votes of the people of Virginia, a Federal Judge proved she didn’t known the difference between the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence. Thank you liberal educational establishment.

When U.S. District Judge Arenda L. Wright Allen issued her ruling taking away the vote of the people of Virginia and maintaining that the state’s affirmation of traditional, one man-one woman marriage was unconstitutional, she insisted that it was because the U.S. Constitution said that all men were created equal.

Of course, anyone with a fourth grade education knows that it is the not the U.S. Constitution that makes this declaration but is instead the more aptly named Declaration of Independence.

Here is how this “educated” judge began her cliché-laden opinion.

Gay Kid in Louisiana Says ‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Made Him Feel ‘Unsafe’

-By Warner Todd Huston

Here is the nonsense that the media creates with its untrue “reporting” of the “news.” A gay teen in Louisiana now claims that because of Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson, he has been made to feel “unsafe” living as a gay person in Louisiana.

This from a “closeted” gay student in West Monroe, Louisiana who wrote an essay saying how unsafe he feels because of what Robertson said about gays.

After an interview with Robertson went viral, the old media establishment went wild calling his comments “hate speech,” and “anti-gay” and ramping up pressure on the A&E cable network to fire him from his reality show. All this unfair reporting filled with lies impacted this student in a negative way–as one might expect.

Video Panders to Half Naked Gays to Spread Obamacare Enrollment Message

-By Warner Todd Huston

When you think Christmas–or healthcare, for that matter–do you think of half naked gay guys romping about in speedo undies and holding mistletoe over each other’s heads? Well President Obama and his Obamacare pushers apparently do.

Apparently, according to Obama and his supporters who are pushing the failed Obamacare plan on the rest of us, gays are leering, oversexed men-children who romp about in speedo underwear and fondle each other… oh, and they like them some Obamacare, too.

Talk about sexual objectifying!

The video is, of course, meant to push Obamacare on the country, but by appealing to the tiny 2% of the country that is gay…. that sure seems like a “narrow” casting of the message, doesn’t it?

SUSPENDED: Gay Group Attacks Duck Dynasty Star, But Ignored Hate-Filled Alec Baldwin

-By Warner Todd Huston

Gay groups don’t care about gay slurs. They care about liberalism. So, when a liberal utters a gay slur it is brushed off as unimportant. But if a conservative seems to say something bad about gays, why, it is the end of the world. That is the case here with the recent condemnation that the gay group GLAAD doled out to Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson.

The gay group GLAAD came out to excoriate Phil Robertson of A&E’s reality TV hit Duck Dynasty for his comments about gays in a hostile interview in the upcoming issue of GQ magazine.

As soon as the interview became public knowledge, GLAAD ran to Entertainment Weekly which posted the complaint in a piece with the lie-filled title, “‘Duck Dynasty’ star makes anti-gay comments; GLAAD slams.”

In the interview Robertson laid out the typical, Christian, Bible-based ideas about homosexuality and in fact just paraphrased Corinthians in his comments that homosexuality is wrong but that he still loves gays as human beings.

Before we get to GLAAD’s complaint, here is what Robertson said in the GQ interview:

New Jersey Family Denies They Stiffed Gay Waitress, Left No Anti-Gay Note

-By Warner Todd Huston

Early in November a gay waitress in a New Jersey restaurant claimed that some diners left her a nasty, anti-gay note and no tip upon paying their bill. The story went viral, but a new report casts heavy doubt on the story the waitress told.

Dayna Morales, a server at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, N.J., claimed that on November 13 some customers left a note on their dinner receipt informing her that her “lifestyle” offended them and because of that they wouldn’t be leaving a tip.

Morales, a former U.S. Marine, quickly posted a copy of the receipt with the hand written note on it to her Facebook page.

After that the story went viral and it wasn’t long before the waitress received thousands in donations as her plight became a cause célèbre for the gay community.

Gay Marriage Makes Just ANY Relationship OK

One of the arguments that people that oppose gay marriage used to deny legal marriage for gays is that allowing gays to marry opens the door for every other sort of “marriage”–marrying gays, multiple partners, animals, even children–and this eventually destroys society. Gays denied that their support of gay marriage created that slippery slope toward destroying marriage and the family, but a recent CNN report seems to make the lie to that denial.

On October 26, CNN published a story on Polyamory–the practice of having three, four or more people together in a “marriage”–with the practice being mostly portrayed as a perfectly normal, even desirable, form of “marriage.”

As America has argued about gay marriage, homosexuals claimed that they were not looking to destroy marriage as an institution nor were they trying to eliminate the nuclear family. They claimed that all they cared about were their “rights” to “love who they love.”

Of course, no one ever said they should not be allowed to “love who they love.” That argument was a red herring used to tug at heartstrings. In fact, all of the arguments gays used were emotional arguments and this is the reason that foes of gay marriage said that allowing gay marriage is just one more step toward legalizing just any sort of relationship, that gay marriage was a slippery slope to a host of illicit “relationships.”

After 93 Years Church Throws Out Boy Scouts for Now Favoring Gays

-By Warner Todd Huston

After being associated with the Boy Scouts of America for 93 years, a church in Pennsylvania has ended its relationship because the venerable kids organization bent to left-wing pressure and is now allowing gays into the group.

The Aldan Union Church in Aldan, Pa. has told the Boy Scouts to take a hike because they’d rather not support gays.

“As a church, we have a responsibility to our convictions,” Rev. Paul Thompson told KYW radio.

This is exactly the point, too. The Bible is very clear that homosexuality is a sin. If the Scouts are now sponsoring members who are openly homosexual, that would absolutely violate Biblical principles. The church really had no choice.

Well, now the shop owners have decided to close their shop down due to the constant harassment at the hands of the oh, so tolerant leftists in Oregon.

Appearing on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on August 16, Roberts mentioned that the two GOP chiefs congratulated him on his impending marriage.

“Reince Priebus, when I got engaged, congratulated me at the White House Correspondents’ weekend,” Roberts said. “Last year, Sean Spicer congratulated me on getting married to my husband. Yet they incorporate into the platform of the RNC their stance against marriage equality.”

Roberts found these well wishes “odd.”

Vile Gay Threats Attack Christian Wedding Chapel Owners

-By Warner Todd Huston

Homosexual hate is blooming again, this time in Grimes, Iowa. No, I don’t mean hate turned against gays, but gays perpetrating the hate.

A wedding hall in Grimes named Görtz Haus Gallery, a business owned by devout Christians, recently refused to do business with a gay couple looking to use the hall for their wedding service.

From there the floodgates of hate were opened wide.

“It started with emails and we noticed the emails were from a person with a name that looked like a man’s name. We’re a little suspicious about it and … two fellows walked in and that’s where it all began,” Dick told TheBlaze.com. “It was obvious what the situation was. I had to confirm it. I asked if this was a gay marriage celebration and I said we can’t take your money for this.”

Betty and Dick Odgaard, owners of Görtz Haus Gallery, shared some of the hate that came their way from the “tolerant” gay mafia…

If Gay Marriage, Then End Civil Unions

-By Warner Todd Huston

Civil unions were the idea du jour when many gay agitators couldn’t get gay marriage passed into law. But now that it is beginning to look like gay marriage is about to be realized all across the country, civil unions laws should be ended. After all, they are inherently unfair if gay marriage is to be legalized.

What brought this to my mind is a report that the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., has told its gay employees that there will be no benefits for their “spouse” unless there is a marriage contract. This makes sense because if the hospital is going to give to gay linins, why not do the same for every employee living with the opposite sex?

Where does it end?

CNN’s Evident Bias on Supreme Court Decisions

-By Warner Todd Huston

Over the last several days in the last week of June the Supreme Court of the U.S. (SCOTUS) handed down two important decisions, one striking down part of the 1965 Voting Rights Act and one striking down the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) leading to a renewed national dialog in the issues. But for CNN the rulings were just another opportunity to analyze the decisions from a decidedly leftward point of view.

According to a review of CNN’s coverage of the June 25 and 26 Supreme Court decisions conducted by the Media Research Center, the cable network’s coverage of the rulings showed a decided leftward tilt.

In the case of the June 25 Voting Act decision, CNN featured four times as many critics of the decision as supporters.

‘New Yorker’ Portrays a Gay Bert & Ernie to Celebrate End of DOMA

-By Warner Todd Huston

The cover for the July issue of The New Yorker celebrates the end of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and the nullification of California’s one-man-one-woman marriage amendment with a portrait of Sesame Street characters Bert and Ernie in each other’s arms as they watch a TV showing an image of the nine Supreme Court Justices.

The cover art is titled “Moment of Joy” and was created by artist Jack Hunter. His cover concept was submitted via the artist’s social media campaign.

“It’s amazing to witness how attitudes on gay rights have evolved in my lifetime,” Hunter said. “This is great for our kids, a moment we can all celebrate.”

Gay activists have for many years maintained that the two muppet characters are “gay” despite the fact that the venerable children’s show does not introduce sexual themes to its audience and has not traditionally assigned sexual actions or motives to its characters. Sesame Street is aimed at preschool children.

Faith & Freedom Coalition Chairman Ralph Reed Calling for Constitutional Amendment on Gay Marriage?

-By Warner Todd Huston

In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court decision on the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), the Faith & Freedom Coalition released a statement pledging its renewed effort to attempt to get Congress to address the issue on a federal level.

“Today’s Supreme Court opinions on marriage are a stunning and indefensible display of judicial activism,” the statement says in its opening line.

After pointing out that DOMA didn’t really alter the definition of marriage in any way other than that determined in previous federal legislation, the group’s statement announced a pledge to “seek the passage of federal legislation to remedy this situation as much as possible given the parameters of the decision.”

In response to a query from Breitbart, Gary Marx, Executive Direct of FFC, affirmed that the group is not now pursuing a Constitutional Amendment for traditional marriage but would stick with “any incremental steps that can be taken first” via acts of Congress.

Ennis announced the major change in his lifestyle saying that he wants to be known as a transgendered person. He also made major changes in his home life when he left his wife of 17 years and his three children to lead his new life as Dawn.

The New York Post reports that Ennis blames his mother for his situation.

Ennis said she suffers from an “unusual hormonal imbalance,” and blames her mother, who fed her female hormones as a child to prolong a commercial acting career. The hormones made the little boy look and sound young, but Ennis said she eventually developed breasts.

“I have a rare medical condition–nothing deadly or infectious–but it has resulted in an unusual hormonal imbalance,” Ennis said.

Illinois State Representative Sara Feigenholtz thinks her job is to “give rights” to people. Feigenholtz recently blurted that out in an interview giving us a perfect example of the key difference between those interested in preserving the American system, its morals, and traditions, and those that have no interest in such niceties and instead what to wholly remake the relationship between government and citizen giving government more and more power over everyone.

In the interview, Feigenholtz, a Chicago Democrat in the 12th District, announced her intention to “give rights” to the gay community in Illinois and felt that this “giving” of rights was one of the most important jobs of elected officials.

“For me, the most precious thing I do as a lawmaker is giving people rights,” Feigenholtz said. “We have a powerful opportunity as elected officials to do this.”

As an aside, Feigenholtz then went on to disgustingly exploit the Holocaust in WWII as a means to push her “gay rights” issues.

Of course, this little admission shows there is a monumental chasm here between progressives and left-wingers like Feigenholtz and the rest of us that hew closer to American tradition.

CBS’ ‘Big Bang Theory’ End Credits Push Gay Marriage

CBS’ ‘Big Bang Theory’ End Credits Push Gay Marriage

-By Warner Todd Huston

The Big Bang Theory ends each episode, after the credits, with what is called a “vanity card.” They are often a few funny paragraphs that differ with each episode, but this week’s vanity card again pushed gay marriage on the audience.

Chuck Lorre, the creator of the CBS hit comedy, has become famous for creating a new vanity card to end each episode of his sitcoms. Along with Big Bang, Lorre has indulged this practice at the end of such series as Cybil, Mike & Molly, and Two and a Half Men. Often times they are humorous. He’s been doing it since 1995, so with over 400 of them under his belt it was a lock that politics would sneak in among the “funny” ones from time to time.

In the past, Lorre has claimed that his end cards are not to be taken seriously. “The jokes are taken way too seriously and the stories all have to have a secret meaning… Don’t get me wrong. There’s a part of me that loves to exploit this silliness,” he wrote in 2011.

But that isn’t always the case. Take the end card of the April 25 episode of The Big Bang Theory which went political with Lorre pushing gay marriage. It is a partial re-peat, if you will, of a past card. This week’s vanity card reads:

Ill Urges Gay Couples to File ‘As if Married’ on Federal Taxes

Ill Urges Gay Couples to File ‘As if Married’ on Federal Taxes

-By Warner Todd Huston

The Illinois Review noticed an interesting thing about the instructions for the State of Illinois 2012 tax returns. Illinois is urging gay couples to file as “married.”

As IR notes, tax filings may be a bit confusing for same sex couple in Illinois. The Land of Lincoln allows for civil unions, but the federal government does not, so figuring out how to file may be a bit of a challenge.

The instructions get even more confusing because the Illinois civil union law does not require couples to denote whether they are same sex when filing for civil union licenses. However, the Illinois tax form and instructions explicitly refer to same-sex couples civil unions and denotes other, special instructions for opposite sex civil unions.

At the top of the tax form, the IL-1040 has a check box option for same-sex couples that reads: “D. Check if same-sex civil union return (see Instructions)”

Here is a scan of the front page of the instruction booklet…

Here is a scan of the actual instructions…
