One thing to keep in mind that ordered items may not come in a matter of only a few weeks. But some of these Sutlers have items in stock and you should ask about those first.

The Quarter master Shop
These guys uniforms are middling but they will make a uniform out of material you send them. So if you buy some good authentic wool-jeans material they can make their standard uniform out of it pretty reasonably.

Now, if you want to buy used items from other reenactors go to the Authentic Campaigner web site and check out their used section. It is also a good place to sell your unwanted hardcore items (top shelf stuff only ... no junk allowed). This is a great resource to get high quality used hardcore Sutler items at much cheaper prices than new stuff.
